Refund Policy
StreamSquire is sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, sales tax, and refund disbursements on our behalf. This policy describes when and how you can receive a refund.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your StreamSquire subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment — no questions asked. This applies to all paid plans (Pro and Studio) and add-on subscriptions.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same full refund within 14 days of the payment date. Because annual billing involves a larger upfront charge, we encourage you to start with a monthly plan or free trial if you are unsure.
Refund Eligibility & Usage
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where significant usage of paid features has occurred during the billing period, including AI token consumption and cloud transcription hours. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the extent of service usage.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.
Free Trials
Pro plan includes a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in two ways:
- Email us at [email protected] with your account email and a brief note that you'd like a refund.
- Use Paddle's customer portal to manage your subscription and request a refund directly.
Processing
All refunds are processed by Paddle. Once approved, refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your card or account, depending on your payment provider.
EU Consumer Rights
This refund policy is provided in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have under EU consumer protection law or the laws of your jurisdiction. If local law grants you broader refund rights, those rights apply.
